Chalet Hotels has announced a board meeting to appoint Mr. Manish Chokhani as an Additional and Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Chokhani is a seasoned financial expert, former CEO of Enam Securities, and has led significant mergers including with Axis Bank. He also co-founded Enam AMC and has academic ties with London Business School and IIM-K. This strategic addition aims to strengthen Chalet’s leadership with his deep capital markets and advisory experience.
