Supreme Power Equipment Limited — Others, 20-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Supreme Power Equipment Limited has announced a board meeting on 14th July 2025 through video conferencing to approve two key proposals. Second, a preferential issue of up to 12.47 lakh fully convertible warrants at Rs. 169 each to promoters and select non-promoter investors, potentially raising Rs. 21.07 Cr. Proceeds will fund factory development, working capital, and general corporate purposes over 12 months. Conversion of warrants can occur within 18 months post allotment. There is no expected change in company control. Remote e-voting will be available for shareholders as per the prescribed procedure.
