India Glycols has announced a postal ballot seeking shareholder approval for (i) subdivision/split of equity shares, (ii) adoption of a new Memorandum and Articles of Association as per Companies Act 2013, (iii) re-appointment of Ms. Pragya Bhartia Barwale as Executive Director, and (iv) re-appointment of Shri L.S. Bhartia as Chairman and Managing Director. Voting will be conducted only through remote e-voting. The cut-off date for voting rights is fixed, and detailed instructions for remote e-voting and email registration updates have been provided to shareholders. Results will be declared within two working days after voting concludes.
