B-Right Realestate Ltd — Updates, 21-06-2025: Company Update

B-Right Realestate Limited has announced a board meeting. Its subsidiary, Farewell Real Estate Private Limited, received Rs. 45 Cr via 4,500 Optionally Convertible Debentures from new investor M/s Yogi Limited. This funding will kickstart the Veer Sambhaji Nagar Slum Rehabilitation project in Mulund (West), Mumbai, covering 18,271.70 sq. m. land with slum rehab and free-sale components. The project, expected to start within 6-9 months, has an estimated Gross Development Value of Rs. 2000 Cr, pending required approvals. This marks a significant step towards expanding the company’s real estate portfolio and unlocking value.
