Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited — Board Meeting, 21-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Emcure has announced a board meeting on key strategic moves. The company approved acquiring an additional 20.42% stake in Zuventus Healthcare, taking its holding to 100%, with a cash outlay of Rs 724.9 Cr. Zuventus, a pharma player with ~Rs 1,079.9 Cr turnover in FY25, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary. Emcure also approved incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Emcure Wellness Private Limited, in Pune to expand in pharma manufacturing and distribution. Additionally, certain promoter group members sought re-classification as public shareholders, subject to approvals.
