Mirza International Limited has announced a transfer of equity shares to the Demat Account of the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority for shareholders who have not claimed dividends for seven consecutive years or more, starting from the financial year 2017-18 onwards. The company has communicated individually with concerned shareholders to claim their unpaid dividends by the stipulated deadline; otherwise, the shares will be transferred to IEPF. Duplicate share certificates will be issued for physical shares, and instructions will be sent to depositories for dematerialized shares. Shareholders can reclaim dividends and shares from IEPF by following prescribed procedures.
