Centennial Surgical Suture Ltd has announced a board meeting approving key appointments and re-appointments: M/s HSPN & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor for five years (subject to shareholder approval), M/s Utsav Shah & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY26, and M/s Mahesh Chandra & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term (subject to approval). Executive Director Devraj T. Poojary and Managing Director Mjay Majrekar are also proposed for re-appointment for three years, pending shareholder consent. The 30th AGM is scheduled for July 28, 2025, where these approvals will be sought.
