NTPC has announced a board meeting to declare the commercial operation of the second and final 52 MW capacity at Plot-3 of its Nokh Solar PV Project (3x245 MW) in Rajasthan. With the first 193 MW already operational, the total standalone commercial capacity now stands at 60,318 MW, and the group capacity at 81,420 MW. Installed capacities are 60,978 MW standalone and 82,080 MW for the group. This marks a key expansion in NTPC’s renewable energy portfolio, enhancing its generation mix and capacity base.
