Vipul Limited — Important, 22-06-2025: Updates

Vipul Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company signed an agreement to sell 50% equity and preference shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, High Class Projects Limited, to Expertpro Realty Private Limited for Rs. 4.38 Cr. Post-transaction, High Class Projects will become an associate of Vipul Limited. The subsidiary contributed Rs. 3.37 Cr in revenue but reported a loss of Rs. 3.38 Cr in the last financial year. Expertpro Realty is not related to the promoter group, and the transaction is at arm’s length.
