Embassy Developments Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has signed a Joint Development Agreement for a 17.9-acre land parcel in Whitefield, Bengaluru, targeting a premium residential project with an estimated GDV of ₹1,600 Cr. The development will offer ~1.6 msf of saleable area comprising ~1,000 apartments aimed at IT/ITeS professionals, with a launch planned for FY2027. This addition strengthens Embassy’s residential pipeline alongside its existing FY26 projects with GDV over ₹22,000 Cr.
