Organic Recycling Systems Ltd has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company leads India’s CleanTech sector by converting municipal and organic waste into renewable energy, bio-fertilizers, clean fuels, and advanced materials through patented technologies and scalable solutions. It operates India’s largest biogas-based waste-to-energy facility in Solapur, recently upgrading it to a CBG-first circular economy model integrating municipal and agro-waste. FY25 saw revenue growth to INR 438 million with a 36% EBITDA margin and PAT of INR 157 million (32% margin), driven by expanding EPC projects, R&D innovations, and product diversification into biomedical waste processing and biochar markets.
