Delaplex has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue grew 24.3% YoY to ₹701 Mn, EBITDA rose 31.9% to ₹160 Mn, and PAT increased 20.4% to ₹121 Mn, driven by acquisitions of Celestia Crew and Blueberry Systems, and a new consulting division in Hyderabad. Domestic sales surged 46% YoY, contributing 26% of revenue. Growth supported by AI integration, supply chain consulting wins, and expansion into EMEA via UK subsidiary. BSNL added as a system integrator, with multiple projects underway. Focus remains on talent acquisition, innovation, and market expansion.
