EKI Energy Services Ltd — Updates, 23-06-2025: Company Update

EKI Energy Services has announced a board meeting regarding the proposed Scheme of Arrangement to demerge its Generation Business into its wholly owned subsidiary, EKI One Community Projects Limited. The demerged division, responsible for projects generating carbon credits, contributed about Rs. 9.93 million turnover in FY24, accounting for 3.84% of the company’s total turnover. The restructuring aims to enhance focus and operational efficiency by separating generation and trading activities, potentially unlocking value in the Generation Segment as an independent profit center. Post-demerger, EKI One’s shareholding will reflect that of EKI, with new shares to be listed on the stock exchange.
