ACME Solar Holdings has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company secured Rs 1,072 Cr refinancing for its 250 MW Rajasthan project, lowering debt cost by 95 bps to 8.5% and extending tenure to 18 years. This adds to Rs 4,575 Cr refinanced in the last six months, improving capital efficiency and credit profile. The project has delivered a strong 29.3% CUF in FY25, supporting ACME’s strategy to reduce financing costs and pursue capacity growth across its 6,970 MW renewable portfolio.
