Pritika Engineering Components has announced a board meeting on which it approved key appointments and strategic moves. The company reappointed M/s A.K. Sood & Associates as Internal Auditor and appointed M/s S.K. Sikka & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, along with M/s Verma Khushwinder & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. Leadership continuity got a boost with the reappointment of Harpreet Singh Nibber as Chairman & Managing Director and extension of independent director terms for Bishwanath Choudhary and Mrs. Neha. Narinder Kumar Tyagi is set for appointment as director retiring by rotation. A strategic overseas expansion was greenlit via an investment of up to USD 100,000 in Omnia Engineering Inc. (USA), making it a wholly owned subsidiary to tap US market opportunities.
