AION-Tech Solutions has announced a board meeting to consider financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company made an additional equity investment of Rs. 23.1 lakh in its wholly owned subsidiary, ROQIT Greenfleet Digital Solutions, raising total investment in ROQIT to Rs. 1.14 crore. ROQIT focuses on technology development for zero-emission fleet management, targeting EV and hydrogen mobility sectors. Though yet to generate revenue, ROQIT is progressing from pilot projects to commercial onboarding of premium clients, supported by this capital infusion for operations and product development.
