This acquisition will strengthen KPIT’s presence in the Trucks and Off-highway segment, manufacturing engineering solutions, and China market entry. While the sales pipeline remains healthy, deal conversions and ramp-ups are slower than expected, with geopolitical uncertainties and forex headwinds impacting other income and margins. Offshoring efforts will increase to reduce costs.
