GVP Infotech Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 23-06-2025: Rights Issue

GVP Infotech has announced a board meeting on 30th June, 2025, as the record date for a rights issue offering 2.12 Cr equity shares at Rs. 10 each (face value Rs. 2). The entitlement ratio is 13 shares for every 100 held. The issue size is Rs. 21.17 Cr and proceeds will be collected in two tranches (Rs. 5 on application and Rs. 5 on final call). If fully subscribed, the equity base will rise from 16.29 Cr to 18.40 Cr shares, diluting existing shareholders but providing additional capital for the company’s growth.
