Bank of Baroda — Important, 23-06-2025: General Updates

Bank of Baroda has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The 29th Annual General Meeting was held through video conferencing where shareholders approved the financial results for FY2024-25, declared dividends, and approved the Capital Plan 2025-26. Smt Beena Vaheed was appointed as Executive Director, and Shri Manoranjan Mishra as Non-Executive Director. M/s Ragini Chokshi & Co was appointed as Secretarial Auditor. The bank provided remote e-voting facility ensuring broad shareholder participation.
