T.V. Today Network Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company is initiating the transfer of shares with unclaimed dividends for seven consecutive years or more to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends from FY 2017-18 onwards are urged to claim their dues to avoid share transfer. Voting rights on transferred shares will remain frozen until claimed.
