Zuari Industries has redeemed 58.52 lakh unlisted 10.5% Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10 each, along with the dividend up to maturity. Post redemption, its paid-up preference share capital stands at Rs. 5.92 crore, comprising 59.22 lakh unlisted 7% Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10 each. This reduces the company’s preference share liability and interest burden.
