Prashant India Ltd. has announced a board meeting and approved the appointment of Mr. Vinod Pandurang Jadhav as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective immediately. He replaces Mr. Sarojnath Awadhesh Mishra, who resigned as CFO. Mr. Jadhav brings over 13 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial planning, having worked with CA firms and in managerial roles driving revenue and client growth.
