Garware Technical Fibres has announced a board meeting on financial results for the quarter and half-year. It is acquiring Norway-based Offshore & Trawl Supply (OTS), a synthetic cordage leader in offshore oil & gas, aquaculture, and marine sectors, to expand its European footprint and product offerings. The acquisition will be funded from internal accruals, is EPS accretive, and supports GTFL’s strategy of innovation-led, capital-efficient growth. OTS’s skilled engineering team and advanced manufacturing base will strengthen GTFL’s global position in high-performance technical textiles.
