Lancer Container Lines Ltd — Updates, 23-06-2025: Company Update

Lancer Container Lines Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which approved key leadership changes. Ms. Vijayshri Krishnan will join as an Independent Director for a five-year term, replacing Mr. Suresh Babu Sankara whose tenure ended. Mr. Abdul Khalik Abdul Kadar Chataiwala has been re-appointed as Managing Director for one year. Mr. Sumit Sunil Sadh, currently an Executive Director, will take over as CEO, succeeding Ms. Shruthi Rajiv Nair who resigned to lead operations at a subsidiary. The Board has reconstituted various committees to reflect these changes, aiming to strengthen governance and operational oversight.
