Lancer Container Lines Ltd — Updates, 23-06-2025: Company Update

Lancer Container Lines Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which approved key leadership changes. Ms. Vijayshri Krishnan will join as an Independent Director for five years, while Mr. Suresh Babu Sankara’s term as Independent Director has ended. Mr. Abdul Khalik Abdul Kadar Chataiwala has been re-appointed as Managing Director for one year. Mr. Sumit Sunil Sadh, currently Executive Director, has been appointed CEO to strengthen company operations. Ms. Shruthi Rajiv Nair resigned as CEO to lead one of the subsidiaries. The board committees have been reconstituted accordingly to reflect these changes, aiming to enhance governance and operational efficiency.
