Lancer Container Lines Ltd — Updates, 23-06-2025: Company Update

Lancer Container Lines Ltd. has announced a board meeting which approved multiple leadership changes: Ms. Vijayshri Krishnan is appointed as an Independent Director for a five-year term, replacing Mr. Suresh Babu Sankara whose term has ended. Mr. Abdul Khalik Abdul Kadar Chataiwala is re-appointed as Managing Director for one year. Mr. Sumit Sunil Sadh takes on the additional role of CEO while continuing as Executive Director. Meanwhile, Ms. Shruthi Rajiv Nair resigned as CEO to manage a subsidiary.
