Continental Petroleums has announced a board meeting approving the acquisition of 24,999 shares (50%) of Unique Techno Associates Private Limited for Rs 7.15 crore in cash. Unique Techno is an export-focused manufacturer of lubricants and greases based in Dahej SEZ, Gujarat, with a turnover of around Rs 6.03 crore for 2024-25. Post-acquisition, Continental will hold 88.2% of the target entity. This move aims to boost Continental’s manufacturing capacity and expand its export markets, aligning with its core lubricant business. The acquisition complements both companies’ operations and is expected to enhance top- and bottom-line growth.
