Devyani International Limited — Important, 23-06-2025: General Updates

Devyani International has announced a board meeting to discuss investment in Sky Gate Hospitality and its subsidiaries. The company plans to acquire additional equity shares in Sky Gate for up to Rs. 106.25 crore in cash, increasing its stake from ~80.72% to ~86.13%. Sky Gate operates several F&B brands with consolidated turnover rising steadily to INR 277 crore (FY25 un-audited). The move aims to strengthen Devyani’s presence in the fast-growing foodservice sector through incremental investments and expanded control. Completion is expected by end of July 2025.
