Ram Ratna Wires has announced a board meeting on June 25, 2025 for determining shareholders entitled to receive shares due to the merger of its subsidiary, Global Copper Pvt. Ltd., into the company. The approved merger has been retrospectively accounted for from April 1, 2023, reflected in revised standalone and consolidated financial results. For FY25, standalone revenue rose to ₹3,62,268 lakh with a profit before tax of ₹9,810 lakh; consolidated revenue reached ₹3,67,675 lakh with profit before tax of ₹9,716 lakh. Segment-wise, enamelled wires led growth. Net profit and total comprehensive income improved notably post-merger. Final dividend of ₹2.50/share has been proposed. Auditors issued unmodified opinion on revised results.
