Enviro Infra Engineers Limited — JV/Acquisition, 23-06-2025: Acquisition

Enviro Infra Engineers has acquired a 49% stake in Soltrix Energy Solution Pvt Ltd, a newly incorporated solar and green hydrogen player, for ₹1.32 Cr. They’ve also secured an option to buy the remaining 51% post-completion of a 29 MW solar power project. The project includes ₹3.2 Cr state subsidy and tariff-based revenue for 25 years at ₹0.88/unit. This deal strengthens Enviro’s renewable portfolio and gives them full control over a strategic, revenue-generating solar asset with long-term cash flows.
