Saurashtra Cement Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the interim appointment of Mr. Rakesh H. Mehta as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), following the resignation of the previous CFO, Mr. Pradeep Mehta. Effective from 26 July 2025, Mr. Mehta will serve until a new CFO is appointed. Mr. Mehta is a Mechanical Engineer with a master’s in financial management and brings over 40 years of experience in finance, strategy, and corporate planning. He has previously served as the company’s CFO from 2014 to 2023 and is currently a finance consultant at the firm.
