Enviro Infra Engineers Limited — Important, 23-06-2025: General Updates

Enviro Infra Engineers has announced a board meeting and secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire Vento Power Infra Private Limited for ₹115.61 Cr. The acquisition supports developing a 40 MW solar power project in Odisha with power sold at ₹4.1/unit over 18 years. The project has reached Partial Commercial Operation Date. Due diligence and final agreement stages are underway before completing the acquisition. This move expands Enviro Infra’s renewable energy portfolio with a long-term power off-take contract.
