Indian Infotech and Software Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the resignation of Independent Director Ms. Aksha Bihani effective from 16th June 2025. The company has approved a Rights Issue to raise up to Rs. 47 Crores from eligible shareholders. A Draft Letter of Offer for the Rights Issue has been approved, and the Board authorized the Managing Director, Company Secretary, and CFO to handle all related filings and documentation. A Rights Issue Committee was constituted with the Managing Director as Chairperson and CFO and another director as members, to oversee the process.
