Enviro Infra Engineers has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has made a strategic entry into the renewable energy sector by acquiring two solar power projects totaling 69 MW. This includes a 40 MW project in Odisha valued at ₹115.61 Cr with a tariff of ₹4.10/unit for 18 years, and a 29 MW project in Maharashtra under its subsidiary, backed by state financial assistance of ₹92.80 Cr and a tariff of ₹0.88/unit for 25 years. This diversification supports Enviro Infra’s long-term growth in clean energy.
