PIT Regulations”) and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for

dealing in the Company's equity shares by the Promoters, Directors, Designated persons,

their Immediate Relatives and for the Connected Persons of the Company will remain

closed from Tuesday, 1st July 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration

of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June 2025.

Further, the date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of unaudited

Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2025 shall be

intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.
