this is to inform you that as per the “ Surat Trade and Mercantile Limited – Code of

Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons” (Code of

Conduct), the trading window of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, 1st

July, 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results

of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2025, as approved by the Board of

Directors.

The same is being informed to the designated persons in accordance with the Code

of Conduct.

The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for review and approval of the

audited financial results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2025 shall be intimated to

the Exchange in due course.
