read with The Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the

Company shall be closed with effect from Tuesday, 01st July, 2025 for the Directors, Promoters, Promoter Group, Designated Persons

and their immediate relatives till the end of forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company

for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025.

The date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025

shall be intimated in due course.
