1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended

March 31, 2025.

2. To take note of the Audit Report of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.

3. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated April 01, 2025 pursuant to

the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of

Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, we would like to inform that the

Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration

of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
