As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI

(Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the ‘Trading Restriction

Period’ shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after declaration

of Financial Results’. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window

of the Company will be closed from July 01, 2025, which shall continue to remain closed and

shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the

Company for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2025.

The date of board meeting for consideration & approval of the Un-Audited Standalone &

Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2025,

shall be intimated in due course.

Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter into any transaction

involving dealing / trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of

closure of Trading Window. The same information shall be disseminated on our website at
