Sub: Intimation regarding closure of Trading Window for the quarter ending on 30th June

2025.

This is to inform that pursuant to Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for

Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in securities and to comply with provisions

of Regulation 9 read with schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,

2015 and amendment thereto, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company

shall remain closed w.e.f. Tuesday, 01st July 2025 till the expire of 48 (Forty Eight) hours from

the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on 30th June 2025.

Accordingly, all the insiders as Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnels (KMPs)

Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives, etc. are informed not

to transact in the securities of the Company during the period of Trading Window Closure.

Separate intimation shall be disseminated to the stock exchange regarding Board Meeting for

consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results.
