Sub: Disclosure of closure of Textile Unit

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)

Regulations 2015, we hereby inform that the Industries, Energy & Labour Department,

State Government of Maharashtra has conveyed vide e-mail dated June 23, 2025 at 5.21

p.m., the Order passed by them on June 19, 2025 under section 25 O (2) of the Industrial

Disputes Act 1947, giving permission for closure of the Textile unit of the Company

located at Karad, District Satara, Maharashtra in response to the Company’s application

dated April 16, 2025 for closure of the said unit.

The Company had earlier disclosed to BSE Limited on April 15, 2025 that the Board of

Directors of the Company has decided to close the textile unit located at Karad, District

Satara, Maharashtra subject to the approval of necessary Government Authorities.
