Subject: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of

Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,

With regard to the above subject, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider

Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, the trading

window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated

persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the

declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025.

All the Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons, connected persons and their immediate

relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly

during the aforesaid period.

The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results

for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
