closed with effect from Tuesday, July 01, 2025, in accordance with the Company’s code to

Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of

Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading window shall be opened after passing 48 hours

from the conclusion of the Board Meeting, in which Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter

ended on June 30, 2025 shall be approved. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated to you
