Subject: Intimation regarding closure of Trading Window

In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (“PIT Regulations”) (as

amended from time to time) and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report

Trading by Insiders framed under PIT Regulations, we wish to inform you that the ‘Trading Window’

for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for ‘Designated Persons and their

relatives’ with effect from July 1, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited

financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30,

2025.

Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their relatives are being advised not

to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Trading Window closure.

In case, trading window end date is a trading holiday then trading window will remain closed until

next succeeding day which is not a trading holiday.

The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the said financial results would be intimated in

due course.
