Sub: Closure of Trading Window – SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015

With reference to the above subject, we wish to inform you that Trading Window for securities of

the company (Script Code: 539488) shall be closed with effect from 01st July 2025 in accordance

with the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading & SEBI (Prohibition of

Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The Trading Window Shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of conclusion of the Board

Meeting, in which the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 shall be
