PIT Regulations”) and Company’s Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Reporting of

Trading by and Prevention of Insider Trading by the Designated persons (“COC”), adopted and framed by the

Mangalam Industrial Finance Limited (“the Company”), as amended, we hereby inform the Exchange that the trading

window for Buying/Selling/Trading/Pledging/Dealing(s) etc., in securities of the Company shall be closed from

Tuesday, 01st July, 2025, for all the Promoter(s), Director(s) & Designated person(s) as defined under the Company’s

Policy on code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders till forty-eight (48) hours after the

Declaration/ Publication of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter and Three

Months ended on 30th June, 2025 of the current Financial Year 2025-26 (both days inclusive).

The date of Board Meeting of the company for Declaration/ Publication of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of

the Company for the First Quarter and Three Months ended on 30th June, 2025, shall be intimated in due course.
