20 dated 2nd April, 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall

remain closed from July 01, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial

Results (Un-Audited) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
