Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and

Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Prohibition of Unfair Trade

Practices related to securities market, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing

in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 1, 2025 and the same will

remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results

of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their

immediate relatives covered under the above-mentioned code and have been informed not to

trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.

Further, the date of the Board meeting for consideration of Unaudited Standalone Financial

Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, will be communicated in due course

of time.
