relatives to deal in securities of the Company, shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 01, 2025

up to 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company by the

Board for the quarter ending on June 30, 2025 (both days inclusive).

Accordingly, all the above referred category of persons of the Company have been informed not to

trade or deal in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading

Window.

The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the aforesaid financial results of the Company

will be intimated in due course.
