2015 as amended from time to time and the Company’s Code of Conduct for

prevention of Insider Trading and Prohibition of Unfair Trade Practices related to

securities market, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the

securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their

Immediate Relatives of PMC Fincorp Limited (“the Company”) from Tuesday,

July 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting wherein,

inter-alia, the consideration and approval of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results

for the Quarter ending June 30, 2025 (“Results”), would be considered by the Board.

Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives of the Company

are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid

period of closure of the Trading Window.

The date of Board Meeting of the Company for the consideration of the Results will

be intimated separately in due course.
